Sadhu is the Founder and Director of Kundalini Life & Kundalini Life Miami and has been helping countless people become more clear & healthy with Meditation, Kundalini Yoga and his down-to-earth yet very dynamic Health Coaching for almost 20 years. In addition to being one of the most sought after Kundalini Yoga teachers in Miami he leads international destination retreats and serves a wide range of private clientele from wealth management executives, artists, professional athletes, students to busy parents. Sadhu has introduced Meditation & Yoga to special needs inner city children, public elementary school teachers & students and guided corporate meditation presentations and extended corporate wellness programs with The American Heart Association, Canyon Ranch and Merrill Lynch. He has been featured in a prime time PBS Special and is a returning guest speaker for FOX TV’s Health Watch.

Sadhu has traveled internationally and as far as remote mountain monasteries of Tibet to learn in person with great teachers and leaders around the world such as the creator of Mindfulness Meditation John Kabit-Zinn, Deepak Chopra, Mooji, Ashtanga Yoga Master Pattabhi Jois, Kundalini Yoga Master Yogi Bhajan and His Holiness The Dalai Lama.

He lives in beautiful Southern Oregon with Ramdesh, his wife, and Avtar, their 1 1/2 year old son. Besides currently creating online Kundalini Yoga & Meditation courses Sadhu returns to Miami for Master Classes, Special Events and to facilitate the teacher trainings.

Ramdesh Kaur is the Co-Founder of Kundalini Life. She is natural born leader of consciousness and her sincere passion for uplifting others comes across in everything she does! Her love for the teachings of Kundalini Yoga has led her to train in India with great Yoga Masters of many traditions and in Yogi Bhajan’s home in New Mexico. She has trained extensively with some of the best international leaders of Kundalini Yoga in the world and carries this in her presence and into all of her classes. She has been featured on PBS and is a Conscious Living Consultant on the largest Latin American broadcasting television station in the world- Telemundo.

Dass Shanti, KLife Miami’s Aquarian Sadhana Team Leader, has been on the path of empowerment through yoga for many years and has found exceptional inspiration with Kundalini Yoga. Certified at Kundalini Yoga Miami with a team of some of the best Kundalini lead trainers in the world, she brings a powerful authenticity to her practice and to her classes. She also refines a depth of experience rare in Kundalini Yoga teachers in that she has held a very consistent 2 1/2 hour daily practice of Kundalini Yoga Aquarian Sadhana in the early morning for close to two years. Dass Shanti has mentored with Sadhu Singh very closely & directly since this time as well.

Bhagat Kaur has trained in many forms of yoga, however after experiencing her first Kundalini Yoga class, her life’s path would be quite profoundly affected taking an entirely new and more meaningful direction. The quick, powerful, multi-level effects of this raj yoga and its application to today’s challenging and demanding environments became immediately apparent.

This inspired a journey to the source – India – where she received her Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Level I and II Certification under the guidance of Gurmukh. Bhagat Kaur’s degrees in Physical Education and Dance, her early training in gymnastics and coaching as well as a Professional Career in Modern Dance guided and supported the natural leap to the honor and privilege of delivering these teachings

Liv Shanti has been teaching with Kundalini Yoga Miami since 2016. A KRI-certified yoga instructor, she also practices Energy Therapy and spiritual healing. After being diagnosed with 9 autoimmune diseases, and struggling for over two decades with her health, she sought out alternative methods, including Kundalini Yoga, and completely healed herself. Now on a mission to help uplift, inspire, and heal others, Liv Shanti is melding the ancient wisdom of the yogis with contemporary and alternative healing modalities for a fusion approach to heal the spirit.


Erika Peace

Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga & Yoga After School Program

Erika Jordan, aka Erika Peace, was born in North Miami Beach and began her career path as teacher for children with autism. Inspired by her younger brother, she founded the Indigo Yoga program, which incorporates brain balancing techniques to promote overall wellness for all children. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology, masters in exceptional education, and with over 20 years working with children, Erika was able to create a program that can benefit children of all learning styles. She currently teaches vinyasa yoga, prenatal and specializes in kids’ yoga. Kundalini Life Miami is so happy to have Erika leading our Yoga After School Program & Yoga Summer Camps.

Becca Medvin

Kids Yoga & Yoga After School Program

Becca Medvin has been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for 5 years. Her personal experience with the transformative and healing powers of yoga moves her to help others discover and experience the practice for themselves. She currently teaches kids yoga at Kundalini Life Miami and is also a Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher. 

Since 2012 she has worked as a literacy tutor as well, teaching kids who are struggling to learn how to read. This experience, coupled with her degree in English Literature and love for writing poetry, enables her kids yoga classes to connect with children on many different levels. She emphasizes storytelling, creative expression, and playfulness, teaching kids powerful skills for lifelong well-being.
